How is my vehicle's value figured out?

It depends on a few things: the year, make and model, the overall weight, whether it's complete (catalytic converter, wheels, battery all still there), and where the current scrap and used-parts market sits that week. When you call, share as many details as you can and we'll give you an honest quote based on that.
Do you really offer free towing?

Free towing is included on most complete vehicles across the Lower Mainland. If a pickup is unusually far out, or if a vehicle is missing wheels and needs special equipment, there may be a small fee — but we'll always tell you before booking, never at your door.
How soon can you come pick it up?

It depends on how busy the day is and where you're located. We do our best to book pickups within a day or two, and often sooner. When you call, we'll give you a realistic window based on the current schedule.
What paperwork do I need to sell my vehicle?

In most situations we'll need your current vehicle registration (the APV9T from ICBC) and a piece of government-issued photo ID. Paperwork requirements can vary — for example, a vehicle inherited from a relative or bought years ago without a proper transfer will have different steps. Give us a call and we'll walk through your specific situation.
Do you use the vehicle registration or a title?

In British Columbia there's no separate 'title' document like in the United States — the vehicle registration (issued by ICBC through an Autoplan broker) is what we use to complete the transfer.
What if my vehicle isn't running?

That's completely fine — non-running vehicles are most of what we buy. Dead battery, seized engine, transmission problems, accident damage, no keys. As long as our tow truck can reach it, we can usually help.
How and when do I get paid?

You're paid after the ICBC transfer paperwork is completed with the driver and before the vehicle is loaded onto the truck. Payment is typically by cash or e-transfer, whichever works better for you.
Which cities do you cover?

We service Vancouver, Surrey, Burnaby, Richmond, Langley, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, Abbotsford, White Rock, Delta, Mission, North Vancouver, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows and Port Coquitlam. If you're just outside these areas, still give us a call — we can often work something out.
Do you buy commercial vehicles, work vans or fleet units?

Yes. Cargo vans, box trucks, work pickups and small fleet vehicles are all welcome. If you have more than one vehicle, mention that when you call and we can plan the pickup together.
What are your business hours?

Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays. If you leave a message outside those hours, we'll get back to you the next business morning.
