Selling a vehicle in BC when the paperwork is a mess

In British Columbia, transferring a vehicle usually requires the registration (APV9T form from ICBC). But real life is messier than that - here's what to do when the paperwork is missing.

Lost registration? ICBC can issue a replacement at any Autoplan broker for a small fee, usually same day. You'll need photo ID and the VIN.
